I have a shoot coming up this next week with Pastry Chef Rick Griggs at Duo – All Things Culinary in Dallas. Rick is giving a demonstration on the Art of French Macaroons & Chocolate Truffles. Not only will I have th opportunity to photograph Rick in action but he will also have some of his other desserts for me to photograph as well!
